Sea & Paper is a Creative Studio located in Melbourne producing boutique event stationery, wax seals, gifts & services. It is 100% Australian owned and truly exists for the customer. All our designs are exclusive and created in-house. Every single piece is individually designed in the studio and helping customers to find high quality, unique, charming boutique stationery and accessories all in one place. 

Our Eltham based studio is beautiful, inspiring and fun. We are a small team that rely on efficiency, quality and collaboration. 

  

Current Opportunities

  
STUDIO ADMIN CO-ORDINATOR
Casual Role (3-5 days)
(with potential to be permanent for the right candidate)
  
  
Key responsibilities:
  • Manage general enquiry emails, live chat and general customer service
  • Maintain supplier relationships and collect product orders as required
  • Ordering and maintenance of office, kitchen and equipment supplies
  • Ensure the office is tidy, clean, organised and runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis
  • General office duties and provision of ad hoc reports
  • Support to the Studio Director with project work and reports as required 
  • Support the team with order packing, despatching and QC as required
  

Skills & Experience:
  • A vibrant, welcoming personality and positive attitude
  • Prior experience in an administrative, EA or office coordinator role
  • MS Office Skills – Word, Excel & Outlook essential (Advanced Excel is desirable)
  • Ability to manage well under pressure
  • Efficient, hard-working, proactive and self-motivated
  • Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Be highly organised with a strong attention to detail and an interest in processes, systems and planning
  • Ability to multitask, switch from project to project and prioritise effectively
