Please supply files in high resolution JPEG or PDF in Black and White only (not greyscale). If you need us to complete design work, a design fee may be charged.

Production Process

• You will be sent a Design Proof within 1-3 business days of placing your order
• Designs not approved after 10 days will still be sent off for production
• Please note production time for Custom Wax Seal Stamps is approximately 3-6 weeks.
• You are able to make three revisions free of charge.
