Due to the high volume of orders, we now request for you to advise the month for your invitation delivery. If your month has sold out, it means we are at capacity that month and unfortunately are unable to fulfil your order
Design process
- Once your order is placed, we will be in contact for your information within 1-3 business days
- Once your information is provided to us, we will provide you with a design proof via email to approve before production. Please review all spelling and grammar.
- You are able to make two revisions free of charge.
NOTE: If your designs include personalised information (envelopes, invitations, place cards), final file set up will be up to 2 business days.
Print Production process
- Digital print: up to 10 business days
- Foil/Letterpress/Specialty Printing: up to 15 business days
- Once printing has been completed, please allow 1-2 business days for us to quality check, pack and send you your stationery.
- Assembly of invitations for Ribbons, Bellybands etc. is up to 3 business days
NOTE: If you require your stationery faster, some items can be produced faster at a ‘rush fee’ cost. Please contact us before placing your order for more details
Delivery/Freight process

All orders are sent via Australia Post. Current delivery timelines can be found on the Australia Post website
- Pick Up is available from our Eltham Showroom

We work to ensure that the colours you see are as close as possible, however colour may vary depending on your device or monitor.
