Production times: Approx 2-3 weeks from design approval.

DESIGN & PRODUCTION GUIDELINES
This year is looking to be one busy year for events! Please carefully read the below Design & Production guidelines before ordering.

DESIGN
> We will provide you with design proofs via email to approve before production. Please review all spelling and grammar. You are able to make two revisions free of charge. Revisions are aimed to be returned to you within 1-3 business days.
> Once the designs are approved, production timings will begin.

PRODUCTION
> Please allow 2-3 weeks for the production of Guestbooks from your design approval date. 
> Once printing has been completed, please allow 1-2 business days for us to quality check, pack and send you your stationery.

NOTE: If you require your stationery faster, some items can be produced faster at a ‘rush fee’ cost. Please contact us before placing your order for more details

DELIVERY
> All orders are sent via Australia Post Express. Current delivery timelines can be found on the Australia Post website
> Pick ups are welcome from Eltham, 3095

We’re located in Melbourne, Victoria, so depending on where you are located there may be a slight delay in response and delivery times.

We work to ensure that the colours you see are as close as possible, however colour may vary depending on your device or monitor.

Purchasing a design does not entitle you to copyright – the designs are not to be shared, copied, re-created, resold or distributed in any way without prior consultation.
