From the get-go, Sophie’s customer service has been wonderful and incomparable! Sophie and I probably have over 150 email threads, but Sophie has been always been prompt with all her replies and she also made lovely, insightful suggestions which I didn’t even think of as a bride-to-be (such as taking the dates off our on-the-day signages in case we need to postpone due to COVID, which we actually have had to… twice now). These suggestions have allowed my fiancé and I to stress less during these uncertain and ever-changing times!
All the wedding invitation suites are of the highest quality and presented so beautifully and Sophie was able to arrange some samples so we could physically feel the texture of the invites, and see the true colour etc. I fell in love with the Dream suite and we knew we could put our trust in Sophie to create the most beautiful paper goods for us. Sophie designed and printed all our wedding invites, our on the day paper goods and signages (menus, ceremony program, welcome sign, seating chart, table numbers), round acrylic name cards and last but not least, our wishing well – literally the whole lot! It was so convenient and lovely as I could organise everything through Sea and Paper and not have to look elsewhere. I particularly wanted the same font and style throughout all my paper goods and on-the-day signages, so everything could tie together in one theme.
I know wedding planning is a stressful process but in terms of the wedding paper goods, I had so much fun! It was such a stress-free process and if I had any concerns or questions, Sophie would always respond and accommodate the requests. I live in Sydney, and Sea and Paper is based in Melbourne but there were absolutely no issues with communication, shipping and delivery. Everything was such a smooth process, and I am beyond happy with all the paper goods and on the day signages which I have received. Since our wedding did get postponed, we are patiently waiting for the day to show off all our on the day signages to our guests. The guests have already commented on how beautiful the invitations were… wait till they see all the other signages and paper goods, haha!
Thank you SO much Sophie for creating such beautiful and timeless wedding stationery. I am so glad to have stumbled upon your small business and it deserves all the love it is receiving and more!
